I am experiencing a technical issue on Safari

To clear your caches and cookies on Safari, just follow these steps:

  • In your Safari app, open ‘Settings’.
  • Then select ‘Privacy’.
  • From here, click the ‘Manage Website Data…’ button.
  • In this menu, you can either remove your cache and cookies for a single website, by clicking ‘Remove’ – or all of them, by selecting ‘Remove All’.

Remember that removing cookies and website data in Safari could change or remove them on other apps or devices.

If this didn’t work, try using a different browser. You can also try restarting your device and internet connection, reinstalling the client or app, or checking that your security settings aren’t interfering with our website.
